CBT Specialty Services of Iowa was created out of a need to bring a strong application of evidence-based treatment to the Cedar Rapids corridor area and throughout Iowa for couples aiming to improve their connection, communication, and relationship satisfaction, as well as couples who are uncertain about the future of their relationship, and individuals seeking self-growth and healing.
