Couples Workshops
About
The Seven Principles Workshop is education (not therapy) for couples of all walks of life and relationship stages. It is designed to help couples learn how to deepen their friendship, talk to each other about anything, and manage conflict successfully. This educational workshop is based on the internationally acclaimed research of Dr. John Gottman and has strengthened the relationships of tens of thousands of couples around the globe.
The workshop involves lectures, videos, and private couples exercises, and is designed to be insightful, informative, and a little bit of fun! Couples are not asked to share personal information publicly — break-out sessions are built into the experience for couples to do some private work.
